How Wingspan uses your Google data

Last updated: May 19, 2026

What we access

When you connect Google Ads to Wingspan, we request a single OAuth scope:

You choose which Google Ads accounts to share when you authorize the connection. Wingspan only reads from the accounts you explicitly select.

What we do with it

Wingspan pulls daily campaign performance (impressions, clicks, spend, conversions, and campaign metadata) from your selected Google Ads accounts into your private Wingspan workspace. That data is shown alongside your media plans so you can track pacing, generate reports, and share branded dashboards with your clients.

Wingspan does not modify your Google Ads account. We do not create, edit, or pause campaigns, change budgets, or write any data back to Google Ads.

Where it's stored

Performance data is stored in a Google BigQuery dataset dedicated to your agency, inside Wingspan's Google Cloud project. Access is restricted to your agency's authorized users via row-level security and Supabase authentication. We do not sell or share this data with third parties.

How long we keep it

We retain historical performance data for as long as your Wingspan workspace is active so you can analyze year-over-year trends. If you disconnect Google Ads or close your account, we delete the cached performance data and revoke our stored OAuth tokens within 30 days on request.

How to revoke access

You can disconnect Google Ads at any time from inside Wingspan under Settings → Integrations, or directly from your Google Account permissions page. Revoking access stops further data sync immediately.

Compliance

Wingspan's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
